Recipes

Ajwaini chicken-
chicken breast - 1/2 kg small pieces
dahi- 3/4 cup
ajwain - 1 tspn whole
salt- 3/4 tspsn
ginger garlic paste- 1 tbspn
vinegar - 1 tbspn
Mix above all ingredients overnite.
Preheat oven for 10 min 175 C. then bakes at 175 for 30 mins

gosht curry-
 Take 2 tbspn dry coconut and roast it.
Take little oil and add 4 big onions and fry a little(bhunofy)
Grind roasted coconut + onion+ ginger + garlic+ salt+ little water for paste

Take oil and add 3 tbspn of above paste . Add redchille+ dhaniya pwd+ garam masala+ haldi and fary and add little water-- part 1

In a cooker add mutton+ onion+ ginger+ garlic+ tomato and boil --> part 2

Mix 1 and 2 together.

Murgh musallam.
  1. 1 cup sookha nariyal saute
  2. grind( 2 laung+ 10 kalmirch + 1 or 2 inch dalchini
  3. 1 and 1/2 tbspn- soph - saute
  4. add 1+2+3 + 1/4 tspn haldi + 4 to 5 green chillies+ hara dhaniya- and grind
  5. take chicken + 1/4 tspn haldi + 1 tspn namak + 1 tbspn gg paste and marinate
  6. take half of 4 and add to  chicken  (baron)
  7. take oil + chicken (15 mins)
  8. before serving add rest of the masala
